 Started a kidblog in my classroom and hope to
continue using this resource
 Students were really excited to use the kidblog
 Doesn’t seem as time consuming as the wiki

4. RSS Reader
 Web feeder for blogs, articles, news headlines
etc
 Seems like a useful tool for individuals that read
several different blogs and articles on a daily or
weekly basis
 Personally, I only read 1-2 blogs, so I’m not sure if
I would really need a feeder, but it does appear
to be very convenient.

5. Web Publishing
 I chose to create a Pinterest account.
 I found this to be the most useful resource.
 Great source to find new beginning of the year
activities, bulletin boards, door decorations,
anchor charts, energizers, etc
 Pinterest got me excited to try new things in my
classroom.

6. Moodle and Online Learning

7. Moodle and Online Learning
Overall, I have had a very positive experience with this
moodle and online learning. This was the first online class
that I have taken. Initially I was feeling a bit overwhelmed
by the syllabus, but I think that is common in a typical
classroom setting as well. I liked how I could work at my
own pace and the class was only a month long. I also liked
that I did not have to drive back and forth to a college
campus after a long day at school, and then spend some
evenings in class. The only negative is that I really didn’t
get much interaction with other teachers and colleagues. I
would definitely recommend an online class to my co-
workers.
