2.  New words’ experience in Google
Key words, search terms play an important role when we are talking
about Google. If you wish to have your hotel (or whatever) on the
top of first page of Google this is what you should do:
-check out search terms and see what is your position on Google
-identify the competitiors you would like to beat (OTAs…etc)
-invent new search terms and see the new result
-use those new search terms when you talk, publish about your
property
-after a while (some weeks) re-check your position with those
search terms and analyze your result

3.  Why events play a key role in my hotel’s life?
It is fundamental to know your clients in terms
of field of interest. We should be able to know what they
are interested in, what makes them visiting the city.
There might be interesting events, buildings
around your hotel such as an Opera
house, museums, expostion centers…etc. that attract
people. Your only job is to find out what it is, mesure the
importance of them in your hotel’s life.
Talk, tweet, publish the events and you
property name together.

4.  A piece of advice about Tweeting
Not just re-tweet what people say but go on the
website that the person is tweeting, copy the
address and put it on your tweet.
Do not forget adding some extras such as your own
thoughts, words!
Everyone is just re-tweeting! Don’t be one of them!
