The ORIC Sublimation Fabric Printing Machine FP1802-E has user friendly functions like automatic or manual setting of the printing origin and feeding calibration during printing. The print head lifespan is prolonged by freely changing color channels and different cleaning modes. It provides high speed and high quality printing at 70m2/h with piezoelectric print heads that have variable ink droplets and 1440 nozzles per head.

How to protect your laser cutting head
The laser cutting head is a part of laser cutting machine that focuses the laser beam onto the material that wants to be cut. It's components include a reflecting mirror, focal lens, a nozzle and a gas or water jet.
The laser cutting head could be used in laser cutting machine to reflect and focus the expanded beam into a small spot. It can be used to cut various materials such as acrylic, paper, cloth and many others.
Starting with the daily maintenance, these works are useful as they help us to verify the progress of wearing of materials considered as consumables. First, we should check status of cutting head of the laser cutting machine, check status of nozzle, and replace it if necessary. Check if the lenses is dirty and, clean it or replace in case it´s necessary. At last, we should clean externally the cutting head of laser cutting machine. About the weekly tasks on the maintenance of cutting head, first, it should be checked, and replace it if necessary, the protection window at the bottom. Will it work for blends? Well, that depends on the fabric combination. In terms of poly/cotton blends, sublimation definitely will work. However, the result will be a faded or “retro” look, which can be advantageous in certain markets.

Sublimation transfer printing ink is the the key material of sublimation transfer technology, it is mainly composed of disperse dyes, binders, solvents and a small amount of additives. Dye is required to have good sublimation transfer, permeability and certain fastness.
Connecting material is required to have appropriate printability, preservation and thermal transfer adaptability, it should have small affinity with dye, and easy to release dye gases. Commonly used binders are low-viscosity ethyl cellulose, ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, modified alkyd resin and others. Dye-sublimation printing is one of the most eco-friendly printing processes today. The process does not require the use of any solvents or toxins and the fabric itself is comprised mainly of recycled, post-consumer materials.
A guide to sublimation printing technology for sublimation
Sublimation process is where a the special sublimation ink has been heated up until in converting it into a gas, at this point where it diffuses onto the selected product and solidifies. The ink transfer using sublimation method will be permanently heat transferred to textile, mugs, puzzles, hats, metals, and other sublimation surfaces. Other than that, sublimation printing is also suitable on fabrics such as t-shirt, cushions, home decoration etc. and also to ceramic products for instance mugs.
What types of materials suitable in sublimation process and are there any limitations?
As mention above, in sublimation printing you can print any sublimation blanks such as fabrics, polyester, jigsaw puzzle, hats and anything that have sublimate coating on it can be used in sublimation printing. Anyhow, there are still limitations in sublimation printings. This includes a natural fiber such as cotton. Sublimation printing is not suitable to be printed on 100% cotton because the image to fade and wash out.
Normally, sublimation inks are darker than normal inks. Due to that reason, you cannot print it onto dark colored material, but you can change it into pastel color or white to get the awesome image printed.
Please remember, the only product that has sublimation coated can be used in sublimation printing. It would never work if you use sublimation printings on normal mugs you purchase in the mall no matter how expensive it is. For your information, the most suitable heat suitable for sublimation process are from 180 to 400 degree Celsius.

In dye sublimation special dye sublimation inks are used to print the artwork onto a specific paper. The paper is placed on top of fabric or object in a heat press and is typically heated to 200C for around 1 minute. The heat converts the dye on the paper directly to a gas. The “fibres” of the fabric or film which have opened up under the heat absorb the dying gas.
