IMPORTANT PART OF A MOVIE’S PROCESS BECAUSE IT ALLOWS THE FINAL PRODUCT, THE FILM, TO
REACH ITS INTENDED AUDIENCES GLOBALLY OR LOCALLY. DISTRIBUTION IS NOT USUALLY CARRIED
OUT BY THE PRODUCTION TEAM (UNLESS THE MOVIE HAS A LOW BUDGET), BUT A PROFESSIONAL
DISTRIBUTION COMPANY SUCH AS 20TH CENTURY FOX OR LIONSGATE. A FILM DISTRIBUTION
COMPANY WOULD CREATE A MARKETING STRATEGY FOR THE FILM; SUCH AS USING CERTAIN
ADVERTISING TECHNIQUES TO REACH THE TARGET AUDIENCE OF THE FILM, HOW TO SEND COPIES
