Cloud computing is a model which uses the mixture concept of “software-as-a-service” and “utility computing”, and provides
various on-demand services in a convenient way requested end users. It is internet based where resources are shared and the
information is available for on demand service users. Security issue in Cloud computing is the important and critical issues
because the resources are distributed. Both the Cloud provider and the cloud consumer should be fully sure that the cloud is safe
enough from all the external threats so that the customer does not face any kind of problem like loss or theft of their valua ble
data. There is also a possibility where a malicious user can penetrate the cloud by imitate an authorized user, and affect with a
virus to the entire cloud and affects many customers who are sharing the infected cloud. In this paper we firstly lists the
parameters that affects the security of the cloud then it explores the security issues of cloud computing and the troubles faced by
providers and consumers about their data, privacy, and infected application and security issues. It also presents some security
solutions for tackling these issues and problems.
Cloud computing has revolutionized the way businesses operate by providing on-demand access to a wide range of computing resources such as servers, storage, applications, and services over the internet. This has eliminated the need for companies to maintain expensive hardware infrastructure and has enabled them to scale up or down their resources as per their requirements.
In the early days of cloud computing, most businesses were hesitant to move their operations to the cloud due to concerns around security, reliability, and control. However, over time, these concerns have been addressed, and cloud computing has become an integral part of modern businesses.

Cloud computing has been a buzzword in the IT industry for quite some time now. Though it has been around for quite a while, its popularity has increased manifold in the last few years. The reason for this is simple – the benefits of cloud computing are simply too hard to ignore.
In a nutshell, cloud computing is the delivery of computing services—including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence—over the Internet (“the cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale.

Search and Society: Reimagining Information Access for Radical FuturesBhaskar Mitra
The field of Information retrieval (IR) is currently undergoing a transformative shift, at least partly due to the emerging applications of generative AI to information access. In this talk, we will deliberate on the sociotechnical implications of generative AI for information access. We will argue that there is both a critical necessity and an exciting opportunity for the IR community to re-center our research agendas on societal needs while dismantling the artificial separation between the work on fairness, accountability, transparency, and ethics in IR and the rest of IR research. Instead of adopting a reactionary strategy of trying to mitigate potential social harms from emerging technologies, the community should aim to proactively set the research agenda for the kinds of systems we should build inspired by diverse explicitly stated sociotechnical imaginaries. The sociotechnical imaginaries that underpin the design and development of information access technologies needs to be explicitly articulated, and we need to develop theories of change in context of these diverse perspectives. Our guiding future imaginaries must be informed by other academic fields, such as democratic theory and critical theory, and should be co-developed with social science scholars, legal scholars, civil rights and social justice activists, and artists, among others.

Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

2. What is Cloud Computing Technology?
Cloud computing technology as its name describes a data center for many users over
the internet to save and secure data storage and computing power. In cloud computing
allows to build and interact with information over a computer system. We can host
systems, servers virtually or online servers that connect with your computer through a
safe network.
There are three types of cloud computing private, public and hybrid cloud. Cloud
computing offers many benefits like networking, analytics, servers, and database
storage. It helps to reduce investment in large-scale infrastructure and IT costs. These
days IT Companies, people, and organizations are going with the cloud way due to the
immediate availability of cloud services. Cloud computing technology helps them to
innovate in the IT field. You are using many cloud-based applications in your daily life
tasks, for example, you send an image, file via cloud solutions, and play online games
on your electronic gadgets. All these services are stored in the cloud server and exist in
digital space.
https://dailytechnologyblog.weebly.com/
3. How does it Work?
The cloud is a digital space where the decentralized place is available to share
information through networks. Each cloud has a dedicated host and connected via
networks. A hosting company is managing the data centers that provide the security,
storage capacity and computing power needed to maintain all of the information users
send to the cloud. The front end consists of the client's computer and on the back end
various computer, servers, and storage systems that make up the cloud. Each cloud
computing system has the same user interface.

Types of Cloud Computing Technology
1.Public cloud
A public cloud is a data center that is hosted and fully managed by a third-party
vendor. In this cloud, many cloud resources to build IT infrastructure are available
such as memory, storage, and processing unit.
2.Private cloud
A private cloud is a host and operated by a single owner and organization. It is
located physically or on a company on-site data center. All services and
infrastructure are maintained by a private network. This cloud computing hosts a
private cloud for all applications.
3.Hybrid cloud
Hybrid cloud combines public and private cloud. This bounding allows user
business great flexibility, deployment, and security. The host can analyze, share and
compute information between them.
