3. Photoshop
• I have used Adobe Photoshop to edit all of my
pictures to make them look as professional as
possible, as this is what professional
magazines do. The more professional the
photos look, the more professional the
magazine will look, this makes customers
more likely to want to buy my magazine.
4. Blogger
• I have used blogger to share progress of my
magazine and explain what changes I’ve made
and why I made them. I learnt that blogger is
a good, effective way of updating multiple
people regularly of my progress. I can use it to
show pictures and videos to make it more
interesting than just words. I also learnt that it
is an effective way of getting feedback on my
progress, to see what other people think, to
give me a good idea of what I could change.
5. Camera
• The camera I used a Nikon D3000, I also used
a Nikon D90. There was a clear difference in
quality of the images from these two
camera’s. It is important to use a professional
camera to take pictures for the magazine,
because the pictures will look better, which
could attract more customers.
6. Prezi
• I used Prezi to present my ideas on how my
magazine develops and challenges forms and
conventions of real media products.
• It is a much more interesting method of
displaying a presentation, it engages readers
as it is interactive, therefore they will be more
willing to watch the whole presentation as
they are involved.
7. Slideshare
• I am using slideshare to upload this
presentation
• It is a convenient way to share a presentation
with multiple viewers.
• It doesn’t really add to the presentation, it just
allows people to view it.
• So I learnt a method of sharing a presentation
with many people.
