  4. Nick Strong, Managing Director, has worked in franchising for over fifteen years and as a franchise recruiter and system developer. Nick has recruited over one hundred franchisees. Nick uses his direct franchise involvement understanding and couples this with his technical and marketing expertise to grow franchise revenues.
  5. Before I go any further please let me introduce myself and my co-presenter There’s going to be advertising – Read Richard bio: Richard is an experienced franchise professional with over 20 years in the industry. Sales & Marketing Director at the highly respected franchisor Oscar Pet Foods from 2001-2008 he works as a consultant and with his wife Lee who is Managing Director of the multi-award winning franchisor Barking Mad. Both brands have been esteemed Full Members of the British Franchise Association and have won the top awards in the industry with Richard’s help. Richard advises on strategic marketing and has developed support systems and programs for 100s of franchisees across the UK and has specialised in delivering social media training and coaching since 2009. Prior to franchising he worked in marketing for Walkers Snacks at PepsiCo and Vodafone at their global headquarters. Richard is a regular speaker on social media and franchising and is regularly involved in industry events across the country such as speaking at Ewif (Encouraging Women in Franchising) and will be speaking at the British Franchise Annual conference later this month.
