As Product Managers, we spend most of our time thinking about everyone but ourselves. We are focused on helping our team of engineers, designers, stakeholder and users move ahead. However, sometimes it can be hard to get quality feedback for ourselves. Software development cycles typically have built in review and feedback for the work of engineers and designers. Yet, in many cases, no one is really reviewing a Product Managers processes. Yasi Chehroudi talked about how a Product Manager can seek out product mentorship/learning, actively have their own processes reviewed and how that can help them and their team.
