The Wonder Women Eastern Indonesia Program has 466 women participating since 2014. They have distributed over 38,000 technologies to over 190,000 people across Eastern Indonesia. The technologies distributed include cooking, solar lighting, water purification and health technologies. The program has had a dual impact of increasing the incomes of the Wonder Women by an average of 12% while also providing benefits to technology users, mostly women, from access to sustainable technologies. On average, Wonder Women have increased their monthly incomes by $36 from sales of the technologies. The program has also reduced carbon emissions by over 5,000 metric tons and has influenced clean energy adoption among communities and government policies.
