• Web 2.0 plays important role in every educator’s and
learner’s teaching and learning processes, especially in
higher education.
• Web 2.0 tools such as Wordpress, Google Apps, and
Facebook Page are new innovative tools that have
been implemented in conducting courses, on top of the
commonly used e-learning system such as Blackboard.
• The use of Web 2.0 in higher education has effectively
promoted blended learning environment. When used
creatively, Web 2.0 tools can foster the teaching,
learning, collaborating, and relationships building
processes between educators and learners.

• Innovate teaching and learning process in higher
education with Web 2.0 tools implementation
• Improve collaboration and relationships between
educators and learners with the ubiquity of Web
2.0 platforms
