Common Tasks
 Each partner pupils (exluding ASPETE and HACETTEPE) will be writing the historical and the cultural
importance of the places of their countries including the tourist attractions,restaurants,transportation
etc.
 Each partner (Exluding ASPETE and HACETTEPE)will be supposed to prepare the topics related with the
next short-term exchanges of groups of pupil before the mobility.
 The partners who are going to take part in the short-term joint staff training events as the learners are
supposed to implement the experiences gained during the trainings and upload their reflections on the
data collecting platform.
 The partners who are going to take part in the short-term joint staff training events as the teachers will be
supposed to upload the related documents on their subject onto the data collecting platform before the
mobilities.
 All partners are supposed to collect the diary of the project activities carried out in their organisation and
upload them on the place at weekly basis.
 The staff will be expected to organise their project activities fruitfully and reflect them to the project
coordinator via data collecting platform
 Each partner are supposed to collect documents,photos and videos related with the activities including
the mobilities,events and development of the Intellectual outputs
 Each partner High Schools are supposed to include 20 pupils on Twinspace.
 Etwinning partners are supposed to carry out the activities on Twinspace on time
 Each partner are supposed to contribute in the related Intellectual Outputs
 Each partner are supposed to include a number of teachers to the online learning platform.
 Each partner are supposed to carry out the dissemination activies.
 Each partner are supposed to provide the necessary documents related with the fund at regular
intervals.
 Each partner will carry out interviews,surveys and questionnaires on the local people,the teaching staff
at the organisations and the pupils.
 All partners are going to support the surveys and questionnnaires before and after the events and upload
the results on the platform.
Specific Tasks
ZONGULDAK:
 To organise,develop and evaluate all the activities related with each phase.
 Collecting the project progress reports.
 To collect all the necessary data of the outputs.
 Act as English proof-readers. Supervision of English activities.
 Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial
planning of the project.
 Creation of the Travel Guide
 Drafting the progress reports and the final report of the project.
 Facilitating the communication between project partners.
 Supervising the management of the project's finances.
 Supporting the organisation of the meetings and events related to the project.
Specific Tasks
 Supporting the dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
 Assisting the execution of any other activity of the project.
 Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial
planning of the project.
 Leading the eTwinning Activites
 Monitoring and evaluating of the project data through the platform.
 Assign, monitor and evaluate responsibilities per partner.
 Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of pupils on ITEC.

 The creation of the Interactive Comics.
 The development of the e-Book(Literature review about the practices of the In-Service Trainings in the
process of ICT Integration)
 Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of pupils on ICT.
 Support the trainings on the online platform.
 Organising the workshop for Multiplier Event.
HACETTEPE
 Design the web-page, manage and supervise the different activities on the Internet.
 Set up questionaires.
 Creation of the online platform.
 Design and development of the Data Collecting Platform.
 Create accounts of social media tools to make up connections with the project website.
 Creation of e-Book

 Create the story of the game with the help of the pupils at 5 different partner High Schools through the
etwinning platform.

Partners will collect enough information about the tourists destinations of the place where the labours
were believed to have taken place.

 Presenting each local community to a European public.
 Increased participation of parents, local people and associations with the school.
 Reinforcing a sense of unity among the adult members of the local community due to the participation of
their children in a European Project.
 Social Media Tools(Facebook/Twitter/etc).
 Articles ,interviews,press releases in the media and the visibility in the social media.
 Contribution in the public events,the relations with the national and transnationla partners,the impacts
on regional,national and EU policy measures and the feedback from end users,colleagues,peers,policy
makers and other stakeholders.
 Creation of billboards with the logo.
 Production of eggs- the colorful information about the project and the outputs on them.
 Project will be included on the pages of the publishing of the magazines of each organisation.
 Getting Expert Opinion for the travel Guide from the travel agencies and the reflection from the end
users.
 Usebility tests for the online game,interactive comics and the open access learning platform.

 Formal Invitations –They will be achieved according to a certain format
 Participation certificates –They are essential forthe fund.The originals will be kept and copies will be
distributed to participants.
 Europass-Each partner organisation will do it in line with the procedures of their country.

We are aware that all activities seek to achieve the followingimpact, (written in ourProject):
 Improvement of grades in English.
 Increased motivation to study foreign languages, especially English
 Improvement of Internet skills; improvement of interpersonal and cultural exchange
The expected influence this will have on teachers:
 Improved English skills
 Introducing new and innovative teaching methods
 Establishing contacts with staff of partner schools
 Making use of foreign language information sources to improve methods of work, integrating teachers
from various subjects involved in the project, strengthening a teamwork among teachers.
 Promoting language skills related to subject-based work.
 Opportunity to develop teachers’ respective approaches to implement in their classes
 The opportunity to exchange new teaching environments.
 Enabling staff develop cooperative learning and working autonomously
 Supporting policy makers on how to enhance the competences of teachers who should use ınnovative
technologies.
The expected influence this will have on the schools:
 Raising curiosity about the 12 Labours of Hercules.
 Enabling mythology included in the curriculıms especially at the countries in which it is unprecedentant
 Increasing the prestige of the school by participating in a European project.
 Encouraging a larger range of curricular activities and multidisciplinary programming.
 Extending importance of mass media and heritage related subjects.
 Improving the quality of teaching through an exchange of ideas, methods, and tools thereby giving each
school an additional European dimension.
Impact
 Strengthening teacher-student relationships.
 Creating more dynamic and more environment in our organisations
 To include them in the teaching and learning process and encourage them to maintain their presence at
school by self esteem and enthusiasm
 To exchange innovative practises as well as enabling university students to experience a internship
The expected influence this will have on the local community:
 Increasing opportunities for young people coming from difficult socio-economic backgrounds.
 Reinforcing a sense of unity among the adult members of the local community due to the participation of
their children in a European Project.
 Promoting the respect for the remains of Roman civilization in Europe and appreciate its cultural and
historical heritage among members of the community
 Increased participation of parents, local people and associations with the school.
 Presenting each local community to a European public.
Impact at local,regional,national and European level.
 Creating cruosity on the places where Hercules left his imprints
 Leading to innovative developments at system level and provide useful input to policy devolopments.
 Understanding the links between history and actuality, myth and reality, thought and action in different
fields and becoming informed European citizens,
 Understsanding the inscripitons will help them understand the idea that we shared a common history

In the same way, our activities should seek to achieve the following European Added Value

● Increasing knowledge about partner school countries.
● Increasing students’ self-esteemand satisfaction with being able to present their work to such a large
forum.

European Schools.

Important Information
 In the case that our budget proposal will not be approved,we have already set other goals to reach the
results of the project with smaller budgets.If any of the project partners is not involve in the project
because of unexpected situations,we will purchase service for the tasks of the outputs to reach the result.
 In the case that the recruited participants can not attend to any of the national and transnational
activities,another participants will be arranged beforehand to handle the situation immediately.
 Related with the formal regulations some more colleagues are arranged in the case of the move of the
participants to another school.In this case the roles will then be swapped and the other colleagues will
then take up the responsibiliy.
 The project coordinator of each organisation will be responsible to tackle the problems with the
members of the project team.
 If any of the colleagues will not run smootly in the development of the project activities,he/she will be
replaced by another member by the coordinators of each organisation.

Searching for Labours of Hercules Project Meeting

  • 3. d.Transnational Project Meetings  Revision of the calender for the meetings  Details of the programme  Tasks before and after the meetings e.Multiplier Events  What is a multiplier Event?  Revision of Calender  Details of the programme  Number of Participants  Profile of the participants Common Tasks  Each partner pupils (exluding ASPETE and HACETTEPE) will be writing the historical and the cultural importance of the places of their countries including the tourist attractions,restaurants,transportation etc.  Each partner (Exluding ASPETE and HACETTEPE)will be supposed to prepare the topics related with the next short-term exchanges of groups of pupil before the mobility.  The partners who are going to take part in the short-term joint staff training events as the learners are supposed to implement the experiences gained during the trainings and upload their reflections on the data collecting platform.  The partners who are going to take part in the short-term joint staff training events as the teachers will be supposed to upload the related documents on their subject onto the data collecting platform before the mobilities.  All partners are supposed to collect the diary of the project activities carried out in their organisation and upload them on the place at weekly basis.
  • 4.  The staff will be expected to organise their project activities fruitfully and reflect them to the project coordinator via data collecting platform  Each partner are supposed to collect documents,photos and videos related with the activities including the mobilities,events and development of the Intellectual outputs  Each partner High Schools are supposed to include 20 pupils on Twinspace.  Etwinning partners are supposed to carry out the activities on Twinspace on time  Each partner are supposed to contribute in the related Intellectual Outputs  Each partner are supposed to include a number of teachers to the online learning platform.  Each partner are supposed to carry out the dissemination activies.  Each partner are supposed to provide the necessary documents related with the fund at regular intervals.  Each partner will carry out interviews,surveys and questionnaires on the local people,the teaching staff at the organisations and the pupils.  All partners are going to support the surveys and questionnnaires before and after the events and upload the results on the platform. Specific Tasks ZONGULDAK:  To organise,develop and evaluate all the activities related with each phase.  Collecting the project progress reports.  To collect all the necessary data of the outputs.  Act as English proof-readers. Supervision of English activities.  Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial planning of the project.  Creation of the Travel Guide  Drafting the progress reports and the final report of the project.  Facilitating the communication between project partners.  Supervising the management of the project's finances.  Supporting the organisation of the meetings and events related to the project.

Specific Tasks  Supporting the dissemination and exploitation of the project results.  Assisting the execution of any other activity of the project.  Conforming to the formal requirements of the funding programme, and for preparing the financial planning of the project.  Leading the eTwinning Activites  Monitoring and evaluating of the project data through the platform.  Assign, monitor and evaluate responsibilities per partner.  Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of pupils on ITEC.  Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of teachers on ITEC.  Developing activites during the meetings on the Labours ; Obtain the girdle of Hippolyta Capture and bring back Cerberus. Capture the Golden Hind of Artemi ASPETE:  The creation of the Interactive Comics.  The development of the e-Book(Literature review about the practices of the In-Service Trainings in the process of ICT Integration)  Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of pupils on ICT.  Support the trainings on the online platform.  Organising the workshop for Multiplier Event. HACETTEPE  Design the web-page, manage and supervise the different activities on the Internet.  Set up questionaires.  Creation of the online platform.  Design and development of the Data Collecting Platform.  Create accounts of social media tools to make up connections with the project website.  Creation of e-Book

Specific Tasks  Creation of the online game.  Create the story of the game with the help of the pupils at 5 different partner High Schools through the etwinning platform.  Train the participants via the open online platform.  Support the Teaching /Learning /Training Events-Trainings of teachers on ICT.  Organising the Multiplier Event. Dissemination  Activities to make our project public.  Project Corner at each organisation.  Dissemination of our project at local TV and newspapers.  Meeting up policy makers to disseminate the project and get support.  Presenting each local community to a European public.  Increased participation of parents, local people and associations with the school.  Reinforcing a sense of unity among the adult members of the local community due to the participation of their children in a European Project.  Social Media Tools(Facebook/Twitter/etc).  Articles ,interviews,press releases in the media and the visibility in the social media.
  • 10.  Contribution in the public events,the relations with the national and transnationla partners,the impacts on regional,national and EU policy measures and the feedback from end users,colleagues,peers,policy makers and other stakeholders.  Creation of billboards with the logo.  Production of eggs- the colorful information about the project and the outputs on them.  Project will be included on the pages of the publishing of the magazines of each organisation.  Getting Expert Opinion for the travel Guide from the travel agencies and the reflection from the end users.  Usebility tests for the online game,interactive comics and the open access learning platform. Certificates  Formal Invitations –They will be achieved according to a certain format  Participation certificates –They are essential forthe fund.The originals will be kept and copies will be distributed to participants.  Europass-Each partner organisation will do it in line with the procedures of their country. Evaluation  Communication between the partners: instruments and frequency. Collaboration among partners.  Calendar: There have been some modifications in the dates of activities in order to adjust contents with meetings  Evaluation planning, monitoring and dissemination of the project  Activities  Mobilities  Involvement of Educational Community, parents, etc.  Participation of the Teachers’ Team in the development of the project.

Impact Impact We are aware that all activities seek to achieve the followingimpact, (written in ourProject):  Improvement of grades in English.  Increased motivation to study foreign languages, especially English  Improvement of Internet skills; improvement of interpersonal and cultural exchange The expected influence this will have on teachers:  Improved English skills  Introducing new and innovative teaching methods  Establishing contacts with staff of partner schools  Making use of foreign language information sources to improve methods of work, integrating teachers from various subjects involved in the project, strengthening a teamwork among teachers.  Promoting language skills related to subject-based work.  Opportunity to develop teachers’ respective approaches to implement in their classes  The opportunity to exchange new teaching environments.  Enabling staff develop cooperative learning and working autonomously  Supporting policy makers on how to enhance the competences of teachers who should use ınnovative technologies. The expected influence this will have on the schools:  Raising curiosity about the 12 Labours of Hercules.  Enabling mythology included in the curriculıms especially at the countries in which it is unprecedentant  Increasing the prestige of the school by participating in a European project.  Encouraging a larger range of curricular activities and multidisciplinary programming.  Extending importance of mass media and heritage related subjects.  Improving the quality of teaching through an exchange of ideas, methods, and tools thereby giving each school an additional European dimension.

Impact  Strengthening teacher-student relationships.  Creating more dynamic and more environment in our organisations  To include them in the teaching and learning process and encourage them to maintain their presence at school by self esteem and enthusiasm  To exchange innovative practises as well as enabling university students to experience a internship The expected influence this will have on the local community:  Increasing opportunities for young people coming from difficult socio-economic backgrounds.  Reinforcing a sense of unity among the adult members of the local community due to the participation of their children in a European Project.  Promoting the respect for the remains of Roman civilization in Europe and appreciate its cultural and historical heritage among members of the community  Increased participation of parents, local people and associations with the school.  Presenting each local community to a European public. Impact at local,regional,national and European level.  Creating cruosity on the places where Hercules left his imprints  Leading to innovative developments at system level and provide useful input to policy devolopments.  Understanding the links between history and actuality, myth and reality, thought and action in different fields and becoming informed European citizens,  Understsanding the inscripitons will help them understand the idea that we shared a common history

European Added Value In the same way, our activities should seek to achieve the following European Added Value ● Improved inter-European teamwork abilities. ● Strengthening a sense of unity with peers from other countries. ● Increasing knowledge about partner school countries. ● Increasing students’ self-esteemand satisfaction with being able to present their work to such a large forum. ● Greater awareness of a sense of tolerance and European citizenship. ● Encouraging a larger range of curricular activities and multidisciplinary programming with different European Schools. ● Extending importance of mass media and heritage related subjects. ● Improving the quality of teaching through an exchange of ideas, methods, and innovative tools; thereby giving each school an additional European dimension. ● Promoting the respect for the remains of Roman civilization in Europe and appreciate its cultural and historical heritage among members of the community Dates We will decide the exact dates for ; 1st Teaching /Learning/Training Events-Trainings of teachers (Turkey) 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (Italy)
  • 15. Important Information  In the case that our budget proposal will not be approved,we have already set other goals to reach the results of the project with smaller budgets.If any of the project partners is not involve in the project because of unexpected situations,we will purchase service for the tasks of the outputs to reach the result.  In the case that the recruited participants can not attend to any of the national and transnational activities,another participants will be arranged beforehand to handle the situation immediately.  Related with the formal regulations some more colleagues are arranged in the case of the move of the participants to another school.In this case the roles will then be swapped and the other colleagues will then take up the responsibiliy.  The project coordinator of each organisation will be responsible to tackle the problems with the members of the project team.  If any of the colleagues will not run smootly in the development of the project activities,he/she will be replaced by another member by the coordinators of each organisation.
