The SINOMGREEN water treatment system is an integrated solution utilizing sub-radio wave
technology that combines advance research and a number of patented systems through years
of on-site experience.
The technique used in the cooling system is proven to:

WORKING PRINCIPLES OF SCALE INHIBITION SYSTEM
When the SINOMGREEN scale and corrosion inhibition system is operated in the cooling
water system, the SINOMGREEN sub-radio wave is transmitted to SINOMGREEN energy
enhancer from the generator. As the cooling water flows through the energy enhancer, the
hydrogen atom of the water molecules will be enhanced.
This allows the dissolved ions in the water (Ca2+
, Mg2+
and CO3
2-
) to remain in solution even
as the temperature of the water increases, preventing the formation of CaCO3 and MgCO3 as
hard scale.
In permissible situations when the energy generated by the sub-radio waves reaches a certain
extent, the hard scale can undergo crystallization into soft scale (commonly know as
aragonite). This soft scale can be washed away by the flow of the cooling water, with minimal
traces of scale seen in the condenser tubes of the heat exchanger.

WORKING PRINCIPLES OF CORROSION INHIBITION SYSTEM
When the SINOMGREEN sub-radio wave generator transmits the energy to the energy
enhancer, the energy will be increased in the cooling water system. The oxygen atoms in the
water molecule obtains a certain energy level and this promotes the formation of “black list”,
commonly know as magnetite (Fe3O4), or the red cuprous oxide layer (Cu2O) in the cooling
system.
Fe3O4 and Cu2O adhere strongly to the metallic surfaces, the protecting the cooling system
from further corrosion.

WORKING PRINCIPLES OF DISINFECTION SYSTEM
SINOMGREEN disinfection system consists of the disinfection signal generator and
disinfection processor. As the system is in operation, the processor discharges millions of
metal ions to eliminate bacteria and control the growth of algae in the cooling system when
receiving the signal from the signal generator. Also, by controlling the oxidation-Redox
potential (ORP) at a certain level in the cooling system, the elimination of bacteria and control
of growth of algae is achieved efficiently.
