The seeds were dehydrated until a constant mass respectively in a drying oven and a microwawe oven. The temperatures and the powers of drying are respectively: 50, 60 and 70°C and 140, 280 and 420 W. The results show that the curves of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum do not present a phase of constant kinetics. The coefficients of diffusion vary between 2.09.10-8 to 2.98. 10-8m-2/s in the interval of 50°C at 70°C and between 4.83×10-07 at 9.04×10-07 m-8/s for the powers going of 140 W with 420 W the relation between Arrhenius and a value of energy of activation of 16.49 kJ. mol-1 expressed the effect of the temperature on effective diffusivity.

The dynamic gene expression playing major roles in phenotypic differences in organisms are believed to be controlled by miRNAs. Mutations in regions of regulatory factors, such as miRNA genes or transcription factors (TF) necessitated by dynamic environmental factors or pathogen infections, have tremendous effects on structure and expression of genes. The resultant novel gene products presents potential explanations for constant evolving desirable traits that have long been bred using conventional means, biotechnology or genetic engineering. Diabetes is a rapidly and serious health problem in Pakistan. This chronic condition is associated with serious long-term complications, including higher risk of heart disease and stroke. Aggressive treatment of hypertension and hyperlipideamia can result in a substantial reduction in cardiovascular events in patients with diabetes 1. Consequently pharmacist-led diabetes cardiovascular risk (DCVR) clinics have been established in both primary and secondary care sites in NHS Lothian during the past five years. An audit of the pharmaceutical care delivery at the clinics was conducted in order to evaluate practice and to standardize the pharmacists’ documentation of outcomes. Pharmaceutical care issues (PCI) and patient details were collected both prospectively and retrospectively from three DCVR clinics. The PCI`s were categorized according to a triangularised system consisting of multiple categories. These were ‘checks’, ‘changes’ (‘change in drug therapy process’ and ‘change in drug therapy’), ‘drug therapy problems’ and ‘quality assurance descriptors’ (‘timer perspective’ and ‘degree of change’). A verified medication assessment tool (MAT) for patients with chronic cardiovascular disease was applied to the patients from one of the clinics. The tool was used to quantify PCI`s and pharmacist actions that were centered on implementing or enforcing clinical guideline standards. A database was developed to be used as an assessment tool and to standardize the documentation of achievement of outcomes. Feedback on the audit of the pharmaceutical care delivery and the database was received from the DCVR clinic pharmacist at a focus group meeting.

2. Introduction
● The Water Act was enacted by Parliament of india, 1974
purpose to provide for the prevention of control of water
pollution and the maintaining or restoring of
wholesomeness of water. As on day, it is applicable in all
the states of India.
The Act has 64 sections compiled in VIII chapters.
● in our country there are two board for controlling the whole processes
and activities of water act which are CPCB (central pollution control
board) and SPCB(state pollution control board) , which are operated by
central gov. and state gov. respectively.
3. objectives:
The water(prevention and pollution control) act 1974, provides for following:
1. Prevention and control of water pollution
2. Maintaining or restoring the wholesomeness of water; and
3. Establishment of board for prevention and control of water pollution.
4. To confer and assign such powers functions on the board.
5. there are two board to control water pollution which have 17 members per board.
6. it prescribes penalties to the offenders.
4. ● Under Water Act 1974, Sewage or
pollutants cannot be discharged into
water bodies including lakes and it
is the duty of the state pollution
control board to intervene and stop
such activity.
5. Functions of CPCB:-
• The Central Board may establish or recognize a laboratory or laboratories to
enable
the Central Board to perform its functions under this section efficiently.
• The Central Board may-
(a) delegate any of its functions under this Act generally or specially to any of the
committees appointed by it;
(b) do such other things and perform such other acts as it may think necessary for
the proper discharge of its functions and generally for the purpose of carrying into
effect the purposes Of this Act.
6. Functions of SPCB :-
• Functions of a State Board has been prescribed in section 17
• But the state pollution board have confined themselves only to grant consents to the
industries.
• After the legislation of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 wherein the Standards for
Effluent has been prescribed in the EP Rules, the Boards merely mentioned those rules
in the conditions of the consent.
• More so Boards are issuing consent with the condition “Zero Discharge” without
ensuring whether this condition could be met or complied by the Industry.
7. Power to Boards :-
1 power to obtain information .(person or industry)
Punishment :-
jail for 3 months or 10,000 Rs or both , with additional fine of 5,000 per day.
2 emergency measure in case of pollution of stream or well .
3 power of board to make application to court.
4 direction to person , authority , officer , etc.
punishment :-
jail for 1 ⅕ years , fine of 50,000 per day.
8. Conclusion:
•Obtaining future supplies of freshwater will be an
environmental challenge.
•With expanding population and increasing water usage, this
Act is approaching conditions of widespread scarcity.
•Water pollution is already harming freshwater around the
world.
