amassed an impeccable record in the field of
project development throughout my career
in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. I
am a seasoned Project Director and have
managed all aspects of major project
developments running the gamut from
strategic planning, design, and construction
to post-delivery support. I trust that I can

Also I have participated in management
process for hospitals in U. A. E specifically in

II Samples of Projects managed as (Program Director) with PMDC (in KSA): 1- WATERFRONT (NORTH CORNICHE, MIDDLE CORNICHE AND FALASTEEN STREET: Jeddah Waterfront represents the main cultural and touristic venues in Jeddah city. The aim of the project is to utilize the unique features of the waterfront and upgrade it to become a world touristic destination. The project consists of landscape / hardscape upgrade, in addition to the constructionof utilities and services networks. The project includes many services and investment locations that cater to the users’ needs. Client: Jeddah Development & Urban Regeneration Company (JDURC) / Jeddah Municipality. Location: Jeddah waterfront. Scope of Services by PMDC: Project Management (PMC) Services. 2- SALMAN BAY HOUSING PROJECT: Represents one of JDURC’s mega-housing projects. With a total area of approximately 3.2 million sqm, the development is considered as part of the future expansion of Jeddah. It will accommodate around 25,000 units of building apartments dedicated for an affordable housing and catering for over 95,000 residents.
