W2 core eng - singular and plural(1)
Nouns referring to more than one person or thing typically become plural by adding 's'. Nouns ending in sh, ch, s or x add 'es' to become plural. Nouns ending in y become plural by changing y to ies, unless the y comes after a vowel when an s is added. Some irregular plural nouns include ox/oxen, goose/geese, and child/children.
