Description : The component is automotive used in DENSO.
Conceptual Idea is being designed by us. From that we
developed 3D design.Drawing had been prepared for all
these Sub-Assemblies & part to obtain proto type. Once
prototype gets success in testing .The same drawings along
with GD &T had been prepared for production purpose.

Title : DSD COVER & DSD BODY
Client : MECAPLAST
Role : Involved in Feasibility study ,2D concept,3d Mold Design
Team size : SINGLE
Software used: auto cad, Creo Parametric 2, mold flow.

3. Description: The component is automotive industry in Air filter tank
Assembly. Conceptual Idea is being provided by client. We
developed 3D model based their inputs .The same drawings
along with GD &T had been prepared for production purpose.
Once get success in samples then we are proceeding for pilot
lot.

Role : Feasibility study,moldflow,2d concept,3d mold design

Description: The component is automotive industry used to Car front
Bumper Assembly. We developed 2d &3d design . These shift figure
assembly having number of Sub-Assemblies & parts. .For these parts we
prepared manufacturing drawing along with GD & T.
