This machine is fully-automated leak testing machine for CUMMINS Generator models. Leak is
detected by visual basis method through immersed into the water tank.
TEST DESCRIPTION:
 Verify the integrity of the body cavity using a pressurized air leak test.
DEFECTS OF LEAK TEST:
 Missing or leaking or damaged like casting porosity, blind holes, drain plugs, and core
plugs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Preparation of component &machine concept layout.
