2. PROJECTRESPONSIBILITIES:
 Handling part modeling, assembly & detailed drawing with GD&T using Catia V5.
 Initiating steps to reduce scrap
 Taking corrective measures based on Feedback.
 Effectively developed standardization of design submitted to customer & manufacturing drawing
which resulted in manufacturing design less tedious.
 Detailed study of the concept design made as per the Client requirement (‘A’ Surface).
 ‘B’ surface is made offset from the given A-Surface.
 Carrying out Draft Analysis with given tooling direction and create a better tool-direction.
 Create a close surface with ‘C’ Surface using certain operations and clearing Draft Analysis.
 Generating Close Body from the Closed Surfaces and performing Draft Analysis on it to clear
Tooling Direction and create a Parting Element.
 Developing Engineering Features with respect to Environment Data given by the client.
 These Engineering features are assembled with the closed body using Boolean Operations.
A final presentation on the complete project/product is presented to the client.
