shops
That servicers depending of the job, can be design, fabrication, reparation, modification or
tooling update drawings only.
I use depending of the tools or jobs provide to me: mold wizard of unigraphics, mold flow
analysis, another kind of simulator, CNC programming
Most of the time I order specialized parts like punches, matrixes, hot runners, heater, core pins,
slides, lifters, sleeves, plungers, retainers, cylinders, racks, pinions, sensors, switches, cam
actions, relays, die sets, mold sets, ejector, accelerator ,etc.
And materials too!! , like edm electrodes, Wire, cooper, aluminum, steels ( mold, die and tool
steels)
In every job that I accepted I always provide to my customer fabrication support.
Latest accomplishments:
Repair a large 4 cavity complete damage or destroyed mold (40 tons) Built in a solid
block, without any drawings or reference points, this job allowed to tooling die of Mexico
recover 50,000 usdwho was detained for almost a year.
Repair a welded cavities for a Battery cover , the welded area cannot be texturized
properly due to a different materials between steel base and electrode used when was
reworked ,after that , they call me to see the problem, then I checked the cavity steel
and called to Bholer to request the proper electrode bar , after applied both cavities
was reworked and texturing . allowed to Tooling die recover 24,000 usd who was detained
for almost 3 months
Design 7 stamping progressivedies, in a record time tomaquinados HB, this job allowed to
the owner to maintain his customer.
Adapt new hot runner system in a stack mold, because the original was damage and
cannot be repaired because are obsolete, and the fabrication company was no longer , this
job allowed to Century mold achieve his production goals, I was outsourced by GM tools.
Insert broken slide to avoid makingnew one, they save 22,000 dollars, this job was made
for century mold and the local shop to fabricate the insert was Plastic and stamping
solutions.

consumables, trained tool room and maintenancepersonal; designed and fabricate any tool
required to improve the production rate or safety, generate all documents requiredfor the PCP.
Like HVP’s,PFMAS, DFMAS, PPAPS, generate and implement maintenance programs, improve
tool room quality, reduce down time and scrap levels, transferred and implemented processes
either from development or from another manufacturing facility, reviewed all tool designs with
the designers to find any problem or interference before to send to manufactured.
Accomplishments:
Refurbish a complete destroyed stamping pressarrived from Donchery France, inhome.
Refurbish a complete stamping press arrived from New York Plant, this machine was sent to
Oak Company.
Validate in KDAC (Delphi Korea) 6 progressive stamping dies for 58 mm evaporators for
Mexico and Poland in only 15 days, this action allowed to our division tolaunch the product
