3. Via lives with her mom, dad, and her brother Auggie.
She was friends with Miranda, but then lost their friendship in high
school. Another relationship she has is with Justin, her boyfriend. She also has
a relationship with her mom, dad and little brother August. She was very close
with her grandma until she passed the night before Halloween.
She like to make creative things such as a bag made out of old CD’s. She
doesn’t like being involved in the drama. She also likes to protect August from
people who give him weird looks.
She was also included in a play called “Our Town”.

4. Via is a major character
She is a major character because she has a point of view in the book on how
she sees her every day view, and how she sees Auggie. The book tells us about
the things that Via enjoys, like her play.

5. Via is a static character
Via is a static character because she is caring and loyal throughout the whole
book. She is loyal to Auggie, because she never changes the way she looks at
him. She always gives people dirty looks when they give them to Auggie. She is
caring because she doesn’t tell on Auggie when he stays home from school
because people mess with him. She has never seen Auggie as ugly and cares
when when look at him in a funny way.

6. Via is a round character
Via is a round character, because we know who her family is, and who some of
her friends are. We even know who her boyfriend is. We also know a lot about
her past. We knew her grandma and that Via loved her so much but was really
sad when she died.
