Justin is a minor, flat and static character in the story. He lives part time with his mom and dad, who mistreat him. Justin is dating Olivia and has good relationships with her brother August and friend Jack. He stands up for Jack when others are bullying him. Throughout the story, Justin remains friendly toward Olivia and her family but distant from his own parents.

Bio/Background
Justin lives part time at his mom’s and part time at his dad’s.
He is nice and friendly to August, who is Olivia’s brother. He is
dating Olivia. He is friendly with Jack. He likes Olivia (Via) and
Olivia’s family. He dislikes his parents because they mistreat
him and they don’t really pay attention. Activities he is in a
zydeco band and theater.
Some examples that supports his good relationships with
certain people are, he is friendly with Jack because when he
was walking him to the bus stop, Miles, Henry, and Julian,
were walking behind them and were making fun of Jack. So
when Jack got off the bus, Justin walked up to Julian, Miles,
and Henry, and mouthed them off. I know he has a pretty good
relationship with Olivia because he’ s dating her. Lastly, I
know that he is friends with August because, when Justin first
meet August, he didn’t scream, or make any mean noises.

Justin is a minor character. He is a
minor character because he is in
the book off and on not in it for a
long time. The only time he comes
in is in his part and a couple times
in other people’s part.
