Description:
The Vesper Street Shared Use project was substantially completed within budget on January 24,
2019. This project provided of a 10’ft wide asphalt shared use path approximately 2030’ft in
length from the end of Vesper Street to the intersection of Leesburg Pike and the Spring Hill
Metro Station. The project includes a 90’ft pedestrian bridge over Courthouse Spring Branch,
storm water drainage, asphalt paving, light poles, handrails, guardrails bollards, pavement
markings and related signage.
Benefits:
• Provides safe access to the Spring Hill Metro Station from the surrounding neighborhoods.
