Working with corporations is always a challenge, however it is a very interesting case. As a UX consultant and researcher I met lots of different organisations with different culture. Theirs problems were often different but one thing is common. If you are entering the company, you are not only the researcher or UX designer. Your decisions will have impact into whole organisation - its structure, employees and last but not least culture. To be honest it is the best part of our work – observing how they changing. During my presentation I will talk about my experience with cooperating with such organisations as TAURON Group, European Investment Found, Adam Mickiewicz’s University and one of the leading, polish tourist companies. Moreover, I will try to answer several questions,as: What is a role of UX Researcher while working with corporation? Why corporationsare great opportunity to challenge your skills? How to design the process of cooperation? Which mistakes I would avoid and how?
