Support Coaching (TILT)
• Everything is data
• Use the same sensory system as your client
• The skills to develop a bond are same as for f2f
• Set agreements early
• Before responding check the tone, and needs of any
request
• Slow down, reread and proof read everything before
sending
• Use humour to make and keep contact
• Keep the coaching interesting – big picture then specifics
• Be creative, use all technologies available – youtube, wikis,
blogs etc
• Be generous with your responses
