2.  To develop a plan of action to promote coaching to
your fellow students
 Implement a pilot for that plan
 This maybe a single activity or many activities
 This maybe face-2-face or using technology or a mix
of both
 This should draw on your experience as a student
and of your fellow students.

3.  This is a research project!
 I will be gathering evidence, but only with you
explicit consent
 You will need to sign a consent form
 You are free to withdraw at anytime
 The evidence gathering is negotiable
 We want to share your experiences with the
academic community to enable coaching in other
universities
 There are a lot of lessons we can learn from you!

4.  To complete the 4 coach training sessions (2
hours each)
 To attend and contribute to 4 feedback
sessions (2 hours each)
 To complete 12 (of 14) fortnightly reflections
