easily insert dynamic messages
into emails to quickly
personalize your sales emails at
scale.
Snippets are easy to make and
can be accessed where you use
SalesLoft the most!
To get started, select
Snippets from your top
toolbar.
Then select Snippet
Actions to Add
Snippet.
Give your snippet a name.
Tip: Be descriptive. The more descriptive you name your
snippets, the more quickly you can find the one you need
when you need it.
Then insert your snippet text.
Tip: Use SalesLoft dynamic tags just like you would in email templates
to add an additional layer of personalization to your bite-sized content.

Using SalesLoft Snippets

  • 2. In this SalesLoft U Lesson, you’ll learn how to create and insert SalesLoft Snippets to personalize your sales emails at scale.
  • 3. Replace with an appropriate screenshot! SalesLoft Snippets allow you to easily insert dynamic messages into emails to quickly personalize your sales emails at scale. Snippets are easy to make and can be accessed where you use SalesLoft the most!
  • 4. To get started, select Snippets from your top toolbar. Then select Snippet Actions to Add Snippet.
  • 5. Give your snippet a name. Tip: Be descriptive. The more descriptive you name your snippets, the more quickly you can find the one you need when you need it.
  • 6. Then insert your snippet text. Tip: Use SalesLoft dynamic tags just like you would in email templates to add an additional layer of personalization to your bite-sized content.
  • 7. ace with an appropriate screenshot! Once created, snippets are available for use in tandem with templates or one-off emails in-app and GMail Connect. Just put your cursor where you want to add your snippet, click Insert and select the snippet you want to use.
