5. Introduction
• ANMOL facility module is a web-based management information system
which is developed inhouse.
• Maternal & child health services given at facility level will be entered in
facility module
• Around 17 hundred delivery points) across all districts of Madhya
Pradesh will enter data on daily basis of Maternal & Infant services.
• Unique Id & Password is generated for all facility
• Provision of referral for high risk cases & its subsequent reflection to the
referred facility.
• GEO search to update the services of any registered beneficiary of
Madhya Pradesh

6. Introduction
• Data entry in facility module will be done by DEO posted at that
particular facility (PHC/CHC/CH/DH) under the supervision of facility
nodal officer.
• For deliveries in Medical college the entry can be done either through the
login of Medical college or marking “place of delivery” from any other
facility login.
• For deliveries in Private medical college, private hospital & In transit the
entry can be done by marking “place of delivery” as Private medical
college, private hospital & In transit from facility login.
• Data entry of deliveries and/or ANC services given by CHO at SHC will be
entered in the SHC facility module by CHO ( if CHO posted at that
particular SHC).
• Data entry of SHC level will be entered by DEO of higher facility of that
particular SHC with the SHC User ID & password (if CHO not Posted at
that particular SHC)
• Data entry at facility level done by two ways
a. Fresh/New Registration
b. To enter the further services of already registered beneficiaries

7. Introduction
• Two way communication between facility module & community module -
means the data enter by community module will get reflected in the
corresponding facility & the same the data enter at facility level will get
reflected back in community module of respective health worker.
• Beneficiaries whose delivery data not updated from facility module will
not be able to receive the JSY & PSY monetary benefits
• For first time login on facility module it will ask to change the
password & it will redirect to password change page as we entered the
user id & password shared with district unit.
• On password change page we need to provide the general information
of facility user like (Name, Mobile No., email id is optional).
• The password reset utility will be linked with the mobile no. provided
at first time login.
• The new password will be created by facility user for first time & OTP
for that will received on given mobile no.
• In future if facility user forgot the password the OTP for password reset
will be send on registered mobile no. for that facility.

8. Introduction
• After login, at home page a live dashboard will appear will
show the count of total EC, PW, Child registered under
facility hierarchy.
• Main Modules of Facility modules are :-
1. EDD calendar – It depicts the beneficiary details as per date
which are about to delivered at that facility.
2. PW Search in ANMOL –
a) Direct Search – To search already registered beneficiary on ANMOL
in any part of Madhya Pradesh (Search parameter are MP ID/
Mobile No./ Samagra ID)
b) Search by location – To search the beneficiary by location
(Beneficiaries within the district in that facility is there will be
searched)

b) PW - PW registration, PW tracking, PW medical, PW ANC, PW
Delivery, PNC services
c) Infant registration
• “Samagra ID is not mandatory at time of data entry
but for payment initiation it is mandatory”
