11. Smart Wallet (optional)
Smart Wallet works in a very similar
fashion to a mobile data package.
This allows of an easy and convenient way
to collect revenue associated with utilities,
as well as rent and levies from tenants /
residents, if required.
By simply depositing money into the Smart
Wallet in the beginning of the month,
utilities is deducted as consumed. Rent
and levies* can be deducted on a
scheduled basis.
*Note - Up to 12 different levies/charges can be configured on the
Smart Wallet
