As an Assembly Lab Technician my duties included assembling a variety of frames, ensuring proper
alignment, and verifying lens prescriptions. I met and exceeded daily quotas while keeping the lowest
reject percentage in the plant and regularly communicated and provided feedback with other
departments. I created and implemented department supply ordering and managing inventory. I
worked in an ESS Committee to identify issues and enact improvements to the facility, and boost
team morale, etc. I was also trained and proficient in most departments in the lab (Quality Assurance,
