2. Instructional Applications Coordinator
Christopher Duke is the Instructional Applications Coordinator handling supervision
of programming and technology within Online Education. Christopher has extensive
experience in the use of technology to enhance distance education along with the
programming ability to create interactive pieces to evaluate student knowledge. He
has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University in
Flagstaff, Arizona.

3. Instructional Applications Programmer
Before joining the team at UNLV, Shannon was the Systems programmer at St. Olaf
College, System Administrator for University of North Texas, and spent some time
on the Build Team at Travelocity. He has a Bachelors in Music and a Masters of
Library Science from University of North Texas.

Shannon Peevey

4. Instructional Applications Programmer
Paul received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of
North Dakota where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Paul creates data driven
and interactive learning activities for the university. Examples include database and
PHP development, Flash Actionscript activities and HTML5 development. He has
created a number of activities for the Sciences, Fine Arts, Liberal Arts and other
disciplines. Paul focuses primarily on working with faculty to organize learning
objectives to create engaging, high order thinking activities to aid faculty in
providing rich content to the students.

5. Instructional Applications Programmer
John Murphy is an Instructional Applications Programmer for the Office of Online
Education. He specializes in front end development and has a passion for creating
rich interfaces and applications using HTML5, Javascript, and Python. Before
joining the team, John served as the Web Designer at UNLV University Libraries.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of
Southern California.
