  • 4. TRAINING TO BE A MENTOR CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT • SIGNING THE AGREEMENT– SOME INFORMATION THAT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO DURING THE PROGRAMME MIGHT BE CONFIDENTIAL AND HAS TO BE KEPT AS SUCH

BEFORE THE PROGRAMME STARTS ASSESSMENT OF THE STUDENTS: • PAIRED READING COORDINATOR (MR TRZEBIATOWSKI) ARRANGES FOR ASSESSMENT: READING PROFILE AND QUESTIONS ABOUT READING • AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PERUSAL AT ANY POINT DURING THE PROGRAMME COLLABORATION WITH THE PARENTS: • PARENTS CONTACTED AND THEIR SUPPORT SOUGHT • PLEASE ASK FOR THE SUPPORT OF A PARENT IF YOUR MENTEE IS NOT COOPERATIVE
