The document discusses the seven motivational gifts mentioned in Romans 12:3-8. It explains that each believer has one of these gifts as their primary motivation and ministry. The gifts are: prophet, teacher, helper, exhorter, giver, ruler, and mercy. Each gift has a unique motivation, means of serving, and fruit it produces. For a church to be healthy, all seven gifts must be present and allowed full expression. Neglecting even one gift means the church will be crippled in some way.

Literally speaking, an Ebenezer is a "stone of help," or a reminder of God’s Real, Holy Presence and Divine aid.
Spiritually and theologically speaking, an Ebenezer can be nearly anything that reminds us of God’s presence and help: Those things which serve as reminders of God’s love, His Goodness, God’s real Presence, and God’s assistance are "Ebenezers.“ or ‘Help Monument’.

The Church in the New Testament: Its Form, Function and PurposeJim Wright
"Church" as we've come to know it looks nothing like what we see in the New Testament. We can either look to Scripture to define what it means to be the church, or to vain human traditions.

What is true, what is beautiful, and what is moral?
The great divide in Western culture today is between the nihilism of post-modernity and the transcendent values of Biblical Christianity.

BUSINESS DEVOTION: Consider the Source (Hebrews 4:12-13) - The Bible has a vital role in our lives, but few of us live consistently under its authority. All of us can benefit from growing here, but this takes day-after-day intentionality. Psalm 119 says, "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you” and “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” None of us can consistently discern God’s will apart from His Word. We hide it in our hearts in order to apply it during the tumult of our daily lives.
WORKING ON OUR BUSINESS: Compensation: A Biblical Perspective - This classic C12 segment validates “pay for performance” as the Biblical compensation model. This is the first in a series of five C12 segments focused on effectively connecting compensation with performance. Test your own approach to see whether it breeds entitlement or personal responsibility, performance, and teamwork.
WORKING ON OUR MINISTRY THROUGH BUSINESS: The Most Helpful Counsel - This segment is a primer on how to give and receive godly counsel. It’s aimed at helping us maximize the opportunity for wise counsel and accountability within our C12 peer groups to generate increased value-added impact and eternal fruitfulness.

The Maven Principle: Mastering Power Skills for Personal DevelopmentHeather Newman
Join founder and CEO of Creative Maven, Heather Newman as she takes you through the power skills that are essential to each of us becoming stronger employees and better humans.
We hear the term “soft skills” as the definition of personal attributes that enable us to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people.
However, there is nothing soft about mastering these skills; there is “strength” in the practice of developing these “Power” skills that are more intangible but critical to your working and interacting with the people around you effectively.
The best investment you can make is in yourself and practicing power skills helps you produce the results you want at work, at home, and in the world, building that expertise in the most critical person in your life, you.

Would you like to enhance the quality of your life and increase your personal happiness? If you answered
"yes," the information in this article could change your life!
Isn't it easy to get stuck in the everydayness of life?
We can get so busy making a living and getting ahead
financially that the really important things fall through the cracks!
That can happen to all of us. However, when people come to the end of their lives, they don't wish they had
spent more time making money.
When all is said and done, we want our family and friends to be with us
then!
So let's try to focus on developing better relationships instead of acquiring more things.
Think of your circle
of family and friends as a lovely garden to water and cultivate.
The book of Proverbs teaches this crucial
truth: "A man that has friends must show himself friendly" (Proverbs 18:24).
It’s no secret that the path to success has traditionally been built on personal attributes of
power, virtue and accomplishments. Adam Grant’s Give and Take offers an alternative
outlook on what it means to be successful. He demonstrates how giving more to others,
rather than competing against them, can drive our own success and fulfilment.
Here are seven force abilities that will assist you with shaping more grounded collusions and bring more closeness, genuineness and trust to your relationships from Chinalove.com.
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
