1 Corinthians 1:2 – I am writing
to God’s church in Corinth, to
you who have been called by
God to be his own holy people.
He made you holy by means of
Christ Jesus, just as he did for all
people everywhere who call on
the name of our Lord Jesus
Christ, their Lord and ours. NLT
Your Role -> Roman 12:1-2 –
And so, dear brothers and
sisters, I plead with you to give
your bodies to God because of
all he has done for you. Let
them be a living and holy
sacrifice—the kind he will find
acceptable. This is truly the way
to worship him.
Don’t copy the behavior and
customs of this world, but let God
transform you into a new person
by changing the way you think.
Then you will learn to know
God’s will for you, which is good
and pleasing and perfect. NLT
2
God’s Role -> 2 Corinthians
3:18 – So all of us who have had
that veil removed can see and
reflect the glory of the Lord. And
the Lord—who is the Spirit—
makes us more and more like
him as we are changed into his
glorious image. NLT
1 Corinthians 13:12 – Now we
see things imperfectly, like
puzzling reflections in a mirror,
but then we will see everything
with perfect clarity. All that I know
now is partial and incomplete,
but then I will know everything
completely, just as God now
knows me completely. NLT
2 Timothy 3:16-17 – All Scripture
is breathed out by God and
profitable for teaching, for reproof,
for correction, and for training in
righteousness, 17that the man of
God may be complete, equipped
for every good work. ESV
John 15:7 – If you abide in me,
and my words abide in you, ask
whatever you wish, and it will be
done for you. ESV
John 15:5 – …without me you
can do nothing. NLT
Galatians 4:19 – my little
children, for whom I am again in
the anguish of childbirth until
Christ is formed in you! ESV
