What is MT Academy?
MT Academy is a reguler talent scouting program aiming for the very best graduates from top
Universities in Indonesia worthy to be part of Management Trainee program.
A continuous search for future business leaders, MT Academy will provide companies with list of
best graduates that passed series of rigorous selections.
During the first year (2015), MT Academy will be focusing on Business Schools to gather top
talents for Sales, Marketing and Finance.
From second year ONWARD, MT Academy will also recruit from Technical Schools and
Psychological Schools.
We are planning to have the program conducted two times in one year.
We are expecting as many as 100 Academians will be selected for each batch,
or 200 academians per year.
