One of the largest issues in API architecture development is that the task is often driven by the pragmatic indoctrination of a specification into a product rather than designing around the speed and ease of development, usually due to a separation between the engineering teams and their core developer user base. I. Data is taxing companies in three ways: it strains infrastructure through copying, has a high financial price tag, and many companies are unaware of this "data tax".
II. The data tax hits companies hard through increased IT costs, slowed application development, and decreased business opportunities. Measuring before and after Delphix shows median app development throughput can increase 2x.
III. While companies think they have the best processes, Delphix asks them to measure how long it takes developers to get environments to show there are usually better options like Delphix that can significantly reduce the data tax.

For the last couple of years I have been participating in various public and private bug bounty programmes including United Airlines, ING, RBS, EU or Synack. Usually these programmes are run by security-mature companies which take a lot of effort to make sure that their applications are secure. So how is that even possible that they are still vulnerable to well-known issues like XSS or IDOR which should not exist in 2019 anymore? Presentation will share information about common “inter-application” vulnerabilities encountered during testing process and emphasize the need of appropriate security testing at each stage of system life cycle. During 45 minutes long talk I will present several real-life examples of "inter-application" vulnerabilities, explain the root causes of these issues and propose steps which could be taken to avoid these vulnerabilities in the future.

The introduction of DLAU and the CCB & CCX licensing model caused quite a stir in the HCL community. As a Notes and Domino customer, you may have faced challenges with unexpected user counts and license costs. You probably have questions on how this new licensing approach works and how to benefit from it. Most importantly, you likely have budget constraints and want to save money where possible. Don’t worry, we can help with all of this!
We’ll show you how to fix common misconfigurations that cause higher-than-expected user counts, and how to identify accounts which you can deactivate to save money. There are also frequent patterns that can cause unnecessary cost, like using a person document instead of a mail-in for shared mailboxes. We’ll provide examples and solutions for those as well.
