Umair Khan submitted a document to Sir Mohsin Hassan Alvi about the importance of business ethics. The document defined business ethics as conducting all aspects of business and dealing with stakeholders in an ethical manner according to an organization's policies, procedures, rules and regulations related to operations, manufacturing and trading. It explained that business ethics determine individual actions and distinguish between right and wrong ways of conducting business. The document also discussed how business ethics influence employee commitment, investor and customer loyalty, legal issues, customer satisfaction, reputation, costs, performance, and profits. It concluded that business ethics are one of the most important aspects of long-term success for organizations of any size or level of profitability.

Business Ethics means conducting all aspects of business and dealing with
all stakeholders in an ethical manner Business Ethics is defined as: Every
organization has any policies, procedures, rules and regulation related to all
ethical issues in such as operation, manufacturing and trading is called
business ethics. Business ethics is the way of business Behavior; business
ethics determine individual action of business operation and also distinguish
b/w right or wrong way of business future forecast running. Ethics are most
important not only business in all aspects of life.

Organizational Business Ethics Why it is important?
Ethics influence and contribute to Employee commitment, Investor and
customer loyalty and confidence, Legal problems and penalties, Customer
satisfaction, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, Cost control,
Performance, revenue, and profits, Reputation and image.
Ethics also Contributes to Investor Loyalty Companies perceived by their
employees as having a max level of honesty and integrity are more profitable
than companies with a low level of honesty and integrity. Ethical climates in
organizations provide platform for Efficiency– Productivity– Profitability
increase our organization wealth. The purpose of business ethics is to
enhance our lives and our relationships both inside and outside of the
organization.
