The main objective of this project is to design a low cost three axis(X-Y-Z) plotter using stepper motor, micro controller, motor control software.
The invention of the X-Y-Z plotters is to record or plot three-dimensional data on a cartesian coordinate system. This study emphasizes the fabrication of a XYZ plotter by using mechanism from 3D Printer and microcontroller system (Arduino) to control the movement of XYZ axis.
Modelling and analysis on X-Y-Z plotter is carried out through the computer linked with the Arduino software. It is executed through the algorithm and G-Code and C programmin
"Intelligent PCB Drilling Machine"
Nowadays, many industries use the Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) drilling machines in industrial operations. It takes a long time to find optimal tour for large number of nodes (up to thousands). To achieve more effective results, optimization systems approach is required to be equipped in drilling machine. Euclidean Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is one of optimization method that gives fast near optimal solution for the drilling machine movement using novel friendly techniques. This project deals with the development of that CNC PCB drilling machine with novel approach to Euclidean TSP. This design can be widely applied to various CNC PCB drilling machines in small and medium scale manufacturing industries.

• Achievements Of Projects : -
a. Reduce human efforts and errors in PCB drilling.
b. Automation of a traditional PCB drilling m/c.

Select mode the cursor will appear as a standard pointer: Using the above layout as a
guide, try repositioning the components. Thinking about the position of components at the
start can help produce a much neater circuit diagram.

onto your document and connect them together using the intelligent wiring tool. Then
select the menu option 'Convert to PCB' and leave PCB Wizard 3 to do the rest for you.
