Flow of Events

2. Applicant must be a resident of the barangay
Main Success Scenario:
1. Applicant goes to his respective barangay hall
2. Applicant asks for application form from the barangay secretary
3. Applicant will submit the form and ID to the secretary
4. Barangay secretary checks the validity of the ID
5. Barangay secretary will issue payment receipt and receive payment
6. Data will be fill in the form and recorded in the system
7. Barangay secretary hands the clearance to the Barangay chairman
8. Barangay chairman authorizes the signing of clearance
9. Applicant receives the clearance
