Flow of Events
Precondition:
1. Applicant must apply within operating hours.
2. Applicant must have the required supporting documents.
Main Success Scenario:
1. Applicant will be given an application form.
2. Applicant fills up the form.
3. Applicant submits the form to window 1.
4. Applicant will be directed to window 2 for background check.
5. Applicant proceeds to window 3 for fingerprinting.
6. Applicant proceeds to window 4 for picture taking.
7. Applicant pays the transaction fee.
8. Applicant waits for his clearance to be released.
9. Use case ends successfully.
Error sequence:
E4a. The applicant appears to have pending cases.
1. The person in charge in the police station is notified.
2. The person in charge will not issue the police clearance to the applicant.
