PRECONDITIONS:
1. Applicant is obtaining the minimum cash requirement (PHP 50.00) and any Identity
Document
2. Applicant is residing within the jurisdiction of the barangay
MAIN SUCCESS SCENARIO:
1. Applicant requests for Barangay Clearance.
2. Barangay Secretary permits the applicant to fill out the necessary information in a log
book.
3. Barangay Secretary asks for any Identity Document. (School ID, Driver’s License, etc.)
4. Barangay Secretary asks the Applicant to sign on top of the “Applicant Signature”
located below the Barangay Clearance Form.
5. Barangay Secretary asks for the payment. (PHP 50.00)
6. Barangay Secretary issues out the applicant’s newly-processed barangay clearance.
ERROR SEQUENCE:
E2. Applicant fails to fill up information in the log book

1. Barangay secretary tells Applicant to return in another day together with any Valid
ID.
