MAIN SUCCESS SCENARIO:
1. Applicant asks the secretary for a barangay clearance.
2. Secretary asks the applicant for his/her I.D. and “sedula” (community tax certificate).
3. Applicant gives his/her I.D. and “sedula” to the secretary.
4. Secretary inputs the applicant’s information on the barangay clearance.
5. Secretary asks the applicant to sign and imprint his/her thumbprints on the clearance.
6. Applicant signs the clearance and imprints his/her thumbprints on the clearance.
7. Secretary verifies that the clearance is void of mistakes and signs it.
8. Secretary asks for the payment for the clearance.
9. Applicant gives money to the secretary.
