It also involves the psychological process that consumers go through in
recognizing it’s needs and making purchases decision

• This situation involves the high level of
involvement with less significance difference
among the brands
• These cases arise when the price of the
product is not so high
• Example:

• Here the product is not so highly priced but
almost every brands offers the same features.

• This situation involves the low level of

• These cases arise when the purchase
depending on the brand’s familiarity
• Example:
