It was established in Pakistan in 2007 and has completed numerous projects in Afghanistan and Central Asia, primarily as a subcontractor for organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and SNC Lavalin. ...This quantitative descriptive study aimed to identify the influence of trust towards leaders on the relationship between constructive feedback and self-efficacy of teaching. In particular, the objective of this study was to identify whether the affective- and cognition-based trust towards leaders to become a mediator in the relationship between constructive feedback and self-efficacy of teaching. A total of 411 lecturers randomly selected from the five polytechnics which successfully obtained an overall excellent performance including academic standards and quality management through the recognition of the polytechnic ratings. Data for this survey were collected through a questionnaire which was adapted from an instrument used by Steelman, Levy, and Snell (2004), McAllister (1995), and Tschannen-Moran and Hoy (2001). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that trust towards leaders influence positively and significantly on constructive feedback and self-efficacy of teaching. Trust towards leaders acts as a mediator on the relationship between constructive feedback and self-efficacy of teaching. In terms of the implications of this study show the role of the middle leader is especially important in fostering the trust among his followers to ensure that the feedback received and used effectively in developing the followers’ potential.

This study aims to identify the psychometric properties of the instruments and feedback environment practices modified according to the situation and the uniqueness of the education organization’s management system in Malaysia. A total of 32 items of Malay translation which have been converted from the original instrument for feedback environment built by Steelman, Levy, and Snell (2004) were used in this study. Data for this study were randomly obtained from 251 selected lecturers from three polytechnics. The results of factor analysis obtained six factors, explaining 66.1 percent of the variance change. Meanwhile, the level of feedback environment through descriptive analysis shows that the dimensions of feedback credibility, feedback quality, and providing feedback indicated a high level of practice. However, favorable feedback, unfavorable feedback, source availability, and promotes feedback seeking showed moderate practices. These results indicate that the feedback environment scale modified in this study could represent well the seven dimensions intended as a real version of Steelman et al. (2004) and provide strong justification for using the scale of the feedback environment in the education organization in Malaysia. In practice, the findings also strengthen the organizational support for increasing the potential among the followers.

The PPP Book aims to provide reliable information to prospective investors
on projects in the PPP pipeline. Its true value lies in the accuracy of the
information. Projects are categorized according to the stage of development
they have reached. A PPP project must be market ready in the true sense of
the word when it is categorized as “ready for offer”. What this implies is that
the basic conditions underlying its business case, such as land availability
and government support (if applicable) are largely met or soon to be met.
The current PPP Book is an update of the 2011 version, incorporating recent
developments. To date, 12 projects have been tendered out. In this 2012
version, there are 3 projects ready for offer, 26 projects under the category
“priority” and 29 projects under “potential”. There are 9 new projects that
are not in the 2011 PPP Book, of which 1 is classified as “priority” and 8
as “potential”. A significant difference from the 2011 version is that the
number of “potential” projects is reduced from 45 to 29 as a result of more
rigorous screening.

We prepared the financial and technical proposal
for a client company but did not succeed in
getting the project. The HLP project sought to
support the Afghanistan Government implement
its Agricultural Master Plan through building local
capacity developing both germplasm and
improved planting materials, introducing new
technologies and assisting local producers to
adopt Best Management Practices (BMP). The
expected result of these investments was a
reinvigorated horticulture and livestock sector
that enables rural economic development to grow
at the target of 5% per annum in order to reduce
rural poverty.

Agha.H.Amin was educated at the Forman Christian College and the Pakistan
Military Academy . He served in the military from May 1981 till March 1994
and retired as a major from the tank corps.On retirement he established
Karakoram Field Logistic services which he ran as its CEO till August 2000.
In August 2000 he joined monthly Defence Journal as Assistant Editor and
monthly Globe as Executive Editor where he served till May 2002.His first
book Sepoy Rebellion of 1857-59 Reinterpreted was published in August
1998 and Pakistan Army till 1965 was published in August 1999.
Agha.H.Amin wrote extensively in Defence Journal,Globe, Daily Nation,Daily
News, etc during the period 1999-2009 and conducted many interviews with
