is subjective and unpredictable.

Productive teams are composed of “T-shaped” individuals: people

Workspace design reflects culture. It also shapes it. The design of

The shared table is the core metaphor for how work is done. The
table convenes the team. Technology has improved remote
collaboration. But the best teams sit round a physical table.

Private Space
Modern workspace is open, high energy and extroverted. This is its
default state. The alternate state is private space. Private space is
what makes open workspace work.
