University. I received my degree in May 2014. While there I maintained a 3.5 GPA.
Coursework included: Federal/State Job Training Program, School-to-Work Initiatives, Qualitative Research
Design, and Welfare to Work Program.
Bachelor of Science: Nutrition and Dietetics, 2012

I completed all required courses to receive my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from
Alcorn State University. I received my degree in May 2012. While there I maintained a 2.8 GPA, been on the
Dean's List, and also a member of the student Nutrition club (2010 to 2012) and also held the officer title of
club treasurer.
Coursework included: Nutrition courses such as Medical Nutrition Therapy 1 and 2, Nutrition and Aging, and
Advanced Nutrition. All course work is Nutrition related but not limited to just Nutrition, I also took courses in
Biology, Chemistry, and Education.
While working on completing this degree I held positions that included: a cashier at Subway Restaurant; and
interned at Clinton Bristow Dining Facility and Claiborne County Convalescent Home.
