The summers of 2013 2014, I worked at a family owned commercial composting company. My duties
entailed: operating heavy machinery, interacting with clients and customers, and entering data onto
the computer. During the school year, I do not work in order to focus on school and running.
PT Observation Hours
I have spent 102 hours observing/shadowing various different physical therapists at 5 different
locations. I gained first-hand experience and learned what it takes be a successful physical therapist.
Running
Throughout the past 3.5 years, I have spent over 20 hours a week running and training on the track and
cross country team. I have learned time management skills as well as a thorough work ethic that will
allow me to be successful in any career field.
