Reflecton how you can tackle tasks differentlyin the
future.
Be detailed but pragmatic on what steps you can and
you will take.
Avoid Self-Recrimination
It is easy to beat yourself up excessivelyafter making a
mistake.
Refrainfrom doing so, especially if blunder is not a
major one.
In the long run, having low morel or loosing self-
confidence can hurt your career.
Start A Fresh
If a grave mistake has been committed, adopt a low
profile and wait for the storm pass after you have
executed necessary corrective actions.
Seek Help From Your senior
Senior managers are well positionedto mentor junior
staff.
Consider approaching your senior for advice on
improving productivity and addressing loopholes in
your work processes.

Move Forward With Positivity Reflecton how you can tackle tasks differentlyin the future. Be detailed but pragmatic on what steps you can and you will take. Avoid Self-Recrimination It is easy to beat yourself up excessivelyafter making a mistake. Refrainfrom doing so, especially if blunder is not a major one. In the long run, having low morel or loosing self- confidence can hurt your career.
  • 2. Start A Fresh If a grave mistake has been committed, adopt a low profile and wait for the storm pass after you have executed necessary corrective actions.
