approach to work in team situation
Role Playing
• A method that involve human interaction in a
imaginary situation
• Dialogues go Spontaneously as role playing proceeds
• People perform certain role in the organization.
• With little imagination they can project themselves in
to a role other than their own role
• At the end there is a critique session in which
feedback is given on the role played
• Help in developing better perspective
• Not suitable for senior management personnel
