04._ SPECIALISED TRAINING FOR THE FOOD SECTOR
ainia offers training services, specialised and adapted for the needs of the Food & Beverage Industry, as well as governmental
bodies and other institutions, in three different formats: e-learning, blended learning and in-classroom training. Thanks
to the online training, ainia comes to the whole world. The close relationship and deep knowledge of the Food & Drink
Sector adds value to our training activities. ainia also participates in innovative European Projects at international level, in
partnership with other institutions and a variety of stakeholders.

05._ FOOD LEGISLATION ACTIVITIES
We are a team of advisors and consultants on food legislation, advising to companies of the Food Sector, Administrations
and public institutions in Spanish, European and International food legislation. Our services are: Studies, opinions and
legislative consultations, preparation and elaboration of legal-technical information, advice and support in activities related
to the demands of the Food Sector Public Administration and similar sectors, update and interpretation food legislation,
attendance for the import/nutritional product export as far as the fulfilment of the legal requirements, research and legislation
projects in the regional, national and international scope.

Consumolab is the sensory and consumer research unit of ainia which provides a wide range of methodologies and tailored
solutions to help companies to identify consumer desires and help to develop innovative products in the market. Our
services are trained panels for descriptive sensory profiles, consumer product testing to anticipate consumer preferences,
qualitative research using focus group and creative lead user groups, and training in the sensory and consumer area.
