3. Agenda:
TRIZ is "a problem-solving, analysis and forecasting tool derived from the study of patterns
of invention in the global patent literature". It can increase the innovative energy and create
creative mindset. Its universality and systematicness are suitable for R&D stuff to make
a breakthrough in product design, for processing staff to improve the processes, for the
management to innovate the operation process, for the departments to refine the services, for
the academics to explore new themes… TRIZ is the most effective and important tool in present
innovation methodologies. This workshop will deliver different useful principles to make you
have the ability to solve innovation problems, get innovation ideas and create innovation in
your work.
